Period for Exercising the Legal Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, the consumer has a period of 14 days to withdraw from the contract (withdrawal period) without having to provide any justification for the decision and without incurring any costs other than any additional costs.

How to Exercise the Legal Right of Withdrawal

Refund of the Value of Returned Products

The consumer shall bear the cost of return shipping in the event of withdrawal.

The returned product must include its original packaging and must not show any visible signs of use.

The refund will be made within a maximum of 10 business days from receipt of the returned product, by bank transfer.

For orders paid by card, the amount will be refunded to the same card used for the transaction, within a maximum of 14 days from the acceptance of the return.

Failure to comply with the above conditions will result in the return being refused.

The consumer is responsible only for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products. In accordance with the provisions of Article 47 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the consumer shall be liable for any diminished value of the goods if they exercise their right of withdrawal after having used the goods to an extent beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

In order to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, the consumer should handle and inspect them in the same manner as would be permitted in a physical store. Therefore, during the withdrawal period, we recommend that you handle and inspect the product with due care.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

ANGEL K SRL processes personal data in accordance with applicable legal provisions for:

• the performance of the contract concluded with you, including the return of products/refund of amounts following acceptance of the return request, in accordance with applicable legal provisions and the conditions specified above;
• compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

If there are no non-conformities and the products meet all the return conditions specified above, we will proceed with the preparation of the applicable financial and accounting documents, in accordance with legal requirements (return/advance invoice, compensation order, payment order, receipt).

The personal data required for preparing the documents mentioned above may include: first name, last name, address, and bank account details, where applicable. We will use this personal data for the purpose of preparing the required financial and accounting documents, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

If you do not wish to provide this information, the return of the products will not be possible, even if the products otherwise meet the return conditions specified above, as we would be unable to comply with the applicable tax and accounting legislation.
