Payment Methods

1. Cash on Delivery (COD) (available only within Romania)

The total cost of the ordered products and services can be paid directly to the courier upon delivery at the address specified by you.

2. Bank Transfer (available only within Romania)

Payment can also be made by bank transfer based on the proforma invoice. The products will be shipped after the full amount stated on the invoice has been credited to our account.

3. Payment by Bank Card – Online Payments

Payment can be made online using your personal or company bank card, under completely secure conditions. The accepted cards are those issued under the VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, provided they have a CVV2/CVC2 code) brands.

No additional commission is charged for transactions.

Card data is processed exclusively on the PlatiOnline(OnlinePayments) servers. The security of your information is guaranteed by the fact that PlatiOnline does not store your confidential card details, but instead sends them in encrypted form over a secure connection to the processing bank. This ensures that your information remains secure.

Regardless of the currency of your bank account, transactions are processed in RON (Romanian Lei) at the exchange rate applied by your bank.
