The Dowsing Rod is handcrafted from a special material called remanium. Each piece is carefully processed and passes through a rigorous quality-control process before being shipped.

Because every rod is individually handmade, slight variations in shape or small imperfections may occur compared to the presentation model. These are a natural part of the handcrafted manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

Every Dowsing Rod is carefully checked before shipment to ensure that it meets our quality standards.

 

Delivery & International Orders

Our estimated international delivery time is 10–20 business days from the day the parcel is handed over to the courier.

Because our products are handmade in Romania and shipped directly from Romania, international orders can require a little more time for processing and delivery.

We believe it is always better to under-promise and over-deliver. While our estimated timeframe is 10–20 business days, many orders arrive sooner. We prefer to provide a realistic delivery timeframe and pleasantly surprise you with an earlier arrival rather than promise a shorter timeframe that we cannot guarantee.

Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, you will receive an email notification, and your tracking number (AWB) will be updated on your WhatsApp number or your email address.

Please note that orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union may take longer due to customs procedures and local processing.
